Sales Terms & Conditions

#1 – Premise

The Italian version of these General Sale Conditions is the final legal version valid for all countries. The translation in any other language is available only for consultation convenience

#2 – Sale

The sale is subject to Italian laws.

The Mario Roggero jewelery guarantees that the products on sale are in compliance with the laws and that they are free from faults and/or hidden defects.

More specifically the Mario Roggero jewelery guarantees that the quality of the diamond embedded in the pendant “The Symbol” by TOM ROGER, is guaranteed by the most authoritative certification body worldwide, the GIA (Gemological Institute of America) or, alternatively, by HRD or IGI.

The Mario Roggero Jewelery uses only ethical diamonds, that is, imported exclusively with a certificate of origin, in compliance with the UN resolution that guarantees their origin from countries which are not involved in war events, or linked to international terrorism and that respect the Best Diamond Trade Practice against the exploitation of child labor.

#3 – Prices

Prices include taxes, packaging, shipping costs and insurance.

#4 – Billing

The invoice will be issued only if requested upon ordering, indicating the V.A.T. number.

#5 – Delivery and Shipping cost

Delivery will be sent to the address indicated by the Customers through the POSTE ITALIANE SPA registered mail service.

The goods travel at Mario Roggero jewelery’s risk.

The goods are insured

• up to a maximum of € 3,000.00 against risks of loss, theft and damage;
• against the risks of force majeure (fires, floods, earthquakes, general strikes, etc.) exclusively for Italian shipments.

Force Majeure

By force majeure we mean events of an extraordinary nature, occurring after the dispatch, which the parties could not have foreseen or prevented by the exercise of ordinary diligence.

By way of example (but not uniquely) are to be included: catastrophic events, wars, terrorist attacks, expropriations of equipment or installations, sabotage, fires, floods, tornadoes, hurricanes, earthquakes, general strikes (including transport and customs strikes, but with the express exclusion of corporate strikes, with the exception of corporate strikes implementing national category strikes), the suspension of electricity supply lasting more than twelve consecutive hours.

5.1 – Countries in which we ship

Countries belonging to the European Union, Switzerland, Russia and the United Kingdom.

5.2 – Warehousing

In case of absence of the addressee or of another delegated subject, the registered mail must be picked up at the post office indicated on the stock notice. After thirty days of storage the package is sent back to the sender.

#6 – Delivery times

6.1 – Italy, San Marino and the Vatican City

The Registered mail is delivered in 4 – 6 working days (in addition to shipping day) to the recipient or to a qualified or delegated person.

6.2 – Foreign countries

Given the diversification of services existing between different countries, it is not possible for POSTE ITALIANE SPA to provide reliable statistical data.

#7 – Packaging prices

Prices also include the cost of specific packaging.

#8 – Payment, effective date and waiting time

Terms of payment and effective date:

• Payment conditions: via PayPal or by credit card, effective date: immediate.
• Payment conditions: advance bank transfer, effective date: upon receipt of bank transfer accreditation

Expected waiting times for the realization of the pendant: about 1 month from the date of order.

#9 – Right of withdrawal

Given that the products sold are personalized, or engraved with the personal references required by the buyer, the right to withdraw from the purchase is 14 working days from the day of order, giving notice to:

#10 – Other terms

For matters not provided for in these General Sales Conditions, the LEGISLATIVE DECREE 6 September 2005, n. 206 – Code of Consumption is applied in its latest version.
